Advanced Machining for Unmatched Quality

Inside TM Industries LLC’s 55,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility are machining and support equipment for large-part machining, including CNC controls, automatic tool changers, and multiple live spindle machines. Additionally, the Main Room cranes have a capacity of 30 and 60 tons.

Massive Machining Capabilities

TM Industries’ facilities include eight Horizontal/Vertical Turning machines with capacity up to 230″ and seven Horizontal Boring Mills/CNC Machining Centers with capacity up to 360″.

Process Control

We use streamlined systems to deliver projects on time and within budget, offering transparent, real-time updates, so customers always know exactly where their parts are in the process.

  • Weekly Zoom and Microsoft Team meetings with clients to connect and communicate updates, next steps, any issues, timelines, etc.
  • SharePoint ‘trackers’ – online, editable real-time spreadsheet shared directly with clients that includes updates on what machines are being used for what parts, what stage of the process the part is in (receiving, machining, deburring, inspecting) and when parts are due to ship.
  • Gantt charts offering visuals of timelines

Our facilities include:

Schiess Turning & Milling which has machining capacity: Dia. 220” x 180” for turning and Dia. 220” x 169” for milling, and 4500 RPM.

Giddings & Lewis Mill with machining capacity: L=360″ x W=120″ x H=151″.

Schiess 50DZU

This seven-axis mill offers expansive travel (126” X, 101” Y, 88” Z) and an 4,500 RPM spindle, delivering exceptional speed, accuracy, and flexibility for complex, large-scale machining applications.

Giddings & Lewis 800RF

This four-axis Horizontal Boring Mill offers expansive travel (359″ X, 151″ Y, 35″ Z) with 1,500 spindle RPM. 

Expert Engineering
Our engineering team utilizes industry-leading software, including Unigraphics NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, CADRA, AutoCAD, SURFCAM, and Delcam, to support complex design and manufacturing needs.
LK Metrology Altera S
This machine offers 100” X, 40” Y, and 32” Z travel and is equipped with PC-DMIS software for accurate dimensional inspection and quality verification.
